During the February 20 – March 12 time-frame, you may notice some tiling and fade-outs for a few moments on your TV service during afternoon programming. This is due to the “Spring Sunspot Outages” which is when the sun lines up directly with the satellite we are taking certain programming from, causing tiling and video fade-out for 4 – 15 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience, but these outages are experienced by all TV service providers.
