Excuse Our Mess

The Bloomer Broadband office is getting a facelift! Our front office is currently under construction, but we’re still open for business – in the parking lot. Please visit us at our temporary office trailer there.

We are investing in this renovation to provide you with a better customer experience.

We expect the construction to go into the early part of fall, but we will continue our normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm) and be available for service requests and questions, technical support and bill payments. (Our drop box has been moved out front on the sidewalk by the ramp to the left of our front steps.)

And speaking of bill payments – remember it’s quick and easy to pay your bill online and choose to go paperless. (No one needs another bill in their mailbox, do they?) Here’s how you can make a one-time or recurring payment:

One-time payment: You do not need a SmartHub account for this, but you do need to have your Bloomer Broadband account number handy. Here are the two easy steps:

  1. Visit our homepage and go to Pay Bill in the upper right.
  2. Choose the Pay Now One-time Payment option.

From there, you can review your bill and make a payment with a Visa, Discover, Mastercard or American Express credit card. (Debit cards are also accepted.) It’s that easy!

Recurring payment: You do need a SmartHub account for this. Here are the steps:

  1. Visit our homepage and go to Pay Bill in the upper right.
  2. Log into SmartHub or sign up with “New User?” link.
  3. On the Billing & Payment dropdown, choose Auto Pay Program.
  4. Click on the Sign up for Auto Pay link and choose Card.
  1. After that, all you have to do is enter in your card information, and voila, you’re all set!

Also, our customer care team can take your credit or debit card payment over the phone.

To go paperless, you do need a SmartHub account for this. Here are the steps:

  1. Create a SmartHub account if you don’t have one.
    • Visit our homepage and click on Pay bill in the upper right.
    • Click on the “New User?” link. (You will need your Bloomer Broadband Account Number, which can be found on your bill, and an email address.)
  2. Once you are in the SmartHub portal, select Billing and Payments.
  3. Select Auto Pay Program.
  4. Select Update or Cancel.
  5. Under the Actions section, select Add New Card or Add New Bank Account. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

We know some people enjoy coming into the office (and who wouldn’t? we have a great staff!), but if getting to the office is a challenge, we can help you via phone (715-568-4830) or email ([email protected]) or through our website contact form.

We appreciate your patience as we work to create a new front office to better serve you. Watch our Facebook page for renovation updates!
