The 2022/2023 City of Bloomer road reconstruction project will impact your access to the Bloomer Broadband office this spring. The construction project consists of the reconstruction of multiple street sections, including curb and gutter width along with watermain replacement, sanitary and storm replacement, sidewalk replacement, pedestrian ramp design, and other enhancements.

We know customers, who routinely pay their bills in person, will be heavily impacted (and inconvenienced) by this construction. To help ensure you have an easy, convenient way to pay your bill, we offer a few online bill pay options. These payment options are secure, easy and free! All you need is a SmartHub account and a credit or debit card.
Here are the two types of online bill pay we offer:
- One-time payment: You do not need a SmartHub account for this.
- Visit bloomer.net, go to Pay Bill in the upper right.
- Choose the Pay Now One-time Payment option. (And have your Bloomer Broadband account number handy.)
- At the login screen, enter your Bloomer Broadband account number and your Last or Business Name and hit Submit. (You can hit Reset if you’ve made a mistake.)
- From there, you can review your bill and make a payment with a Visa, Discover, Mastercard or American Express.
- You will receive a confirmation message if your payment has been accepted, or a payment denied message if your payment has been declined.
- Recurring payment: You do need a SmartHub account for this.
- Visit bloomer.net, go to Pay Bill in the upper right.
- Log into SmartHub or sign up with “New User?” link.
- On the Billing & Payment dropdown, choose Auto Pay Program.
- Click on the Sign up for Auto Pay link and choose Card.
- After that, all you have to do is enter in your card information and voila! You’re all set.
